1. Conditions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with Japan Wrestling Adventures (“we”, “us”, “our”). They set out the rights and obligations of both parties and form the basis of your contract with us. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. Japan Wrestling Adventures operates as a business in the United Kingdom.
1.3. All services are provided independently by Japan Wrestling Adventures. We do not trade under any third‑party licence or membership structure.
1.4. These Terms may not be altered, varied or waived except by written notice issued by a duly authorised representative of Japan Wrestling Adventures. No verbal assurances or informal communications shall be deemed to amend these Terms.
1.5. By booking with us, you acknowledge that your contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales and that any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Contract
3.1. A binding contract is created once we issue a booking confirmation following receipt of your deposit. Initial booking requests will be made through a dedicated booking form.

5.1. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP). International travellers may incur bank or card processing fees imposed by their payment provider, and such fees are solely the responsibility of the traveller.
5.2. Prices may vary from year to year. Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect the cost of the package, as all payments are taken exclusively in GBP.

5.4. Payments are accepted via Stripe using standard card payment methods.

5.6. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after booking, we will notify you immediately and offer the choice of continuing with the booking at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
6. Cancellation by you

6.2. If you cancel within 65 days of departure, the entire package price becomes non‑refundable.
6.3. Name changes are permitted up until 31 October, two months and two days before the tour package. Any costs imposed by suppliers as a result of such changes will be passed on to you.
7. Cancellation or changes by Japan Wrestling Adventures
7.1. We make every effort to operate the package exactly as advertised. If we are required to cancel the tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
7.2. Wrestle Kingdom has historically taken place on 4 January since 2007, with NJPW holding a major event on that date at the Tokyo Dome since 1992. However, if the event date changes, we will adjust the package dates accordingly. We cannot accept responsibility for any flight changes or associated costs, as flights are not included in our arrangements.
7.3. We reserve the right to change the hotel if necessary, but we guarantee that any replacement property will be of at least three‑star standard and located within walking distance of the Tokyo Dome. Any such changes will be communicated by email.
7.4. While guides and timings are fixed, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments during the trip. In such cases, we will notify travellers promptly via email and through a dedicated WhatsApp contact number.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12.3. If a traveller fails to disclose relevant medical or accessibility information, we reserve the right to refuse participation or remove the traveller from the package if their condition poses a risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
13. Physical requirements
13.1. The tour is not physically demanding, but travellers should be comfortable with walking or getting around during guided tours and navigating stairs at venues such as the Tokyo Dome. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they are able to participate in the activities included in the package.
14. Special requests
14.1. Special requests, including dietary requirements for meals or accessibility needs, must be submitted in writing at the time of booking.
