Launched on January 1, 2026, Japan Wrestling Adventures was created to fill a unique gap in the market, giving wrestling fans the ultimate experience at New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s annual Wrestle Kingdom event. We provide a one-of-a-kind travel package to one of the biggest events in professional wrestling, something that hasn’t been fully explored since 2022.
Our founder, Danny, is no stranger to the world of NJPW or the travel industry. He co-organised and co-led a Wrestle Kingdom tour in January 2020, gaining invaluable lessons and insights that have inspired the creation of JWA. After going back and forth on the idea for a few years, Danny has now decided to follow his passion and launch JWA, a tour operator focused entirely on providing the best possible experience for those looking to attend Wrestle Kingdom from all around the world.

Danny has been a professional wrestling fan since the early 2000s, attending countless events over the years, including multiple WrestleManias. In January 2020, he played a key role in organising and leading a Wrestle Kingdom travel package. He has worked in the travel industry since 2015, including roles with companies such as British Airways. Danny, who returned to Japan for an extended visit in 2023 to sample more of the country, has also covered pro wrestling online, contributing to platforms like Wrestling Inc. Now, after creating Japan Wrestling Adventures, Danny hopes to make the magic of Wrestle Kingdom easily accessible and unforgettable for fans around the world.
Joe has been covering professional wrestling for over a decade for several of the biggest online publishers in the world, including Sports Illustrated (where he currently writes as part of the The Takedown team), SPORTSbible/LADbible, GiveMeSport and The Sportster. He has covered five WrestleManias and multiple other major events, interviewing the biggest names in the industry, including Triple H, Rey Mysterio, Paul Heyman, Becky Lynch, Ric Flair, The New Day, The Usos, Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, Drew McIntyre, GUNTHER, Chris Jericho and AJ Styles. A lifelong fan, Joe believes wrestling is for everyone and has an unhealthy obsession with late 80s-mid 90s Puro.
