Back in January 2020, our founder, Danny, co-organised and co-hosted a Wrestle Kingdom travel package for another travel agency. It was hugely successful. Danny, who has worked in the travel industry since 2015, learned a lot from that trip about what worked and what didn’t. He was involved in everything from the booking process and itinerary building to on-the-ground logistics and customer support. He covered a lot of ground.
Drawing on all of that experience and knowledge, he felt it was the right time to put it into practice and create Japan Wrestling Adventures, something he had been toying with for the last few years after noticing this type of trip was underserved. With his travel industry experience, previous experience operating a Japan wrestling trip and his traveller-focused approach, you’re certainly in trusted hands.
9. Flexible payment plan so you can spread the cost
One of the biggest benefits of booking with Japan Wrestling Adventures is that you don’t have to pay for the entire trip upfront. We offer a flexible payment plan that allows you to secure your place with a deposit, with the remaining balance due by October 31, a couple of months before your trip. So, if you’re booking for 2027 and reading this in March, you can put down a deposit and pay nothing else for seven months. If you’re thinking about securing a spot for 2028, you’ll have even longer!
We believe this is the right approach for our travellers, giving them plenty of time to save and spread the cost. Of course, we do accept full payment if that’s what you prefer, but we feel a flexible plan gives everyone the opportunity to secure a place and plan everything without the stress of paying for everything at once.

A unique element of our Wrestle Kingdom tour packages is that we provide guided tours to wrestling hotspots across Tokyo, ensuring you’re fully immersed in the city’s rich wrestling culture. We have plenty of locations planned, including a visit to the wrestling shop of all wrestling shops, Toudoukan, in the Sugamo area of Tokyo.
We’ll also stop by Minoru Suzuki’s Piledriver store, and even take you to the famous Shibuya Crossing, which is close by. And, of course, no trip to Tokyo would be complete without a visit to the iconic Ribera Steakhouse, which is also included in our guided tours.

The hotel will be announced in the summer before your trip.
The great thing about staying in this area is that there’s always plenty going on, with a wide range of restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to the subway, allowing you to reach other parts of the city with ease.
